The location and amenities this property offers are superb. Convenient highway access makes for a great commute into either Tampa or Downtown St. Pete. The maintenance team is always speedy and efficient!

It’s has been a great time here!! The only thing is people do not pick up dog poop and pool has leaves in it because landscapers let stuff falls in it and pool guy only come 3 times a week. Need pool cleaned more. Need new pool clubs for the club house. And where does the 200 for dog fee go? Dog park needs some work.

i've seen issues with outside of buildings quickly taken care of (ex: siding falling off and fixed within days). My upstairs neighbor is loud (although I suspect I have a new neighbor because I could barely hear them before - they now walk like an elephant). Overall, noise from the neighbors is reasonable, though. Apartment wasn't clean when I moved in but everything is in pretty good shape. Minor details such as I do not like the low yellow light in the apartment. Tried to change them but discovered I can't remove the cover on the ceiling fans and lamps to install daylight bulbs. Hard water stains the kitchen counter and the silverware. My main concern is parking. It's always crowded at night, including visitors parking to where I have to park elsewhere.

Beautifully maintained property. Great neighbors. Outstanding Maintenance Crew. Provenza is situated in the lovely Carillon area of northeast St Pete. It is a peacefully quiet neighborhood. But we are minutes away from Tampa to our north and action packed downtown to our south.

Maintenance is always on time. The apartment is in a nice area and I feel safe as a single young adult. The only thing is walls are super thin and you hear everything, specifically the people above you. Also even though I pay for PEST control each month I find bug constantly coming up through the drain in my kitchen and bathroom sink.

I have lived her for 2 years. The apartments are really nice. The community is nice, clean, and well maintained. The amenities, gym, clubhouse, pool area, are all very nice. The staff is awesome, especially George. My only complaint is hearing noise from the highway 24 hours/day. I think they need to install sound proof windows for the buildings in the back of the complex.

Nice area with decent amenities, good location. Had a pest control issue for a year which was a complete nightmare due to a neighbor and lack of thorough inspection for months, but seems to be doing better now and finally to enjoy being at home again.

I've been here for almost a year now. Maintenance is always quick to respond taking care of requests. The property is well maintained with nice amenities for people who work from home. I've utilized the wifi enabled office space on several occasions when I wanted to get out of the house but not go into the office.

The breezeway near my apartment is dirty and gross. I've had multiple service requests closed and not addressed regarding this issue. The poop stations are constantly over filled and people are smearing poop on the sidewalks making it hard to avoid.

1,000 characters isn’t enough… I kept my Google Review short and sweet, or at least my definition of it, and it has 2,794 characters… So I clearly either love it or hate it here. Because who else would say that much about an apartment community in a Google Review? This property and the people who work here are amazing. I honestly could not ask for a better place to live. My girlfriend and I have moved into our third apartment in three years and I guess the saying really is true - third times a charm… I can not complain about a single thing. I don’t want to. I love it here and I love the people who work here, who I have met so far. This is home.

Hallways need to be cleaned once a week and need to have the pest control to come once a week to come and spray since we pay for it, people who have doges need to be notified all the time to clean after their dogs I have been seeing this all the time even the hallways and not cleaned for days

I have been very satisfied with this community thus far. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. The grounds are clean, the staff are helpful and have urgency. The sound levels between apartments is minimum and the units are well built.

Such a nice community! There are many lovely complexes in St Pete. They all have nice amenities. Provenza is special, though. The staff is outstanding. They go the extra mile to ensure our quality of living here. I do not like crowds at all. On July 4th weekend the pool was so busy. Folks invited their friends and family and more and more people showed up. Neighbors were using the grills and had coolers and many had their own music playing. I was amazed at how respectful everyone was of others' space. I didn't leave. No one's music was too loud nor offensive. The little ones were well behaved. Parents were attentive. I was shocked at myself for actually enjoying an unusually crowded pool area. Not only are my neighbors delightful, their guests are too. Special thanks to Stacey, George, Gary, Manny, Juan, Danny and Nicole for your efforts and for finding and selecting my great neighbors too !! Best residence ever

I have only been for about four days now, and for it being my first apartment, I like it here. It is tranquil, and everyone I saw or ran into was amiable. This apartment is a bit older, but for the most part, everything was working. If it wasn't, Gary quickly sent in service requests, and they completed them on the same day, which I very much appreciated. So, I am happy that I chose to live here and can't wait to see more of the community! ??
